Blackened chicken tossed with penne in a creamy cajun sauce with tomatoes and onion

One Hour – Passed hors d’oeuvres of mini cubans, crab balls, arancini, shrimp tempura
Antipasto Station – Assorted fresh meats, cheeses, vegetables, fruit, dips
Potato Bar – Freshly made mashed Idaho potatoes and mashed sweet potatoes with add-ins: butter, sour cream, gravy, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions
